The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.
Organizational Secretariat Service Hours:
During the congress, the Registration & Accommodation Desk and the Exhibition & Foyer Area will provide information and support services between 08:00 – 18:00.
Invitation Letter:
An invitation letter will be sent upon request to participants who have completed their registration. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining leave or permission from their institutions and does not provide any financial support.
Name Badges:
Name badges will be checked at the congress center and related areas. For smooth organization and security reasons, all participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times during the congress.
Certificate of Participation:
All registered participants will be able to download their e-Certificates from the congress website after the event, using their registered email addresses.
Abstract Submission:
All abstracts must be submitted through the Online Abstract Submission System. Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted. Since abstracts will be published as submitted, authors are responsible for all spelling and grammatical errors.
