Submission Requirements
- Abstracts must be submitted both in Turkish and English.
- Abstracts should contribute to scientific development and present clear conclusions.
- As abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors are responsible for all spelling and grammatical errors.
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online congress system. Submissions via email or post will not be accepted.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission system.
- Do not use academic titles in author names.
- Author names should be written in lowercase, with only the first letter capitalized.
- Institutional affiliations and departments of all authors must be indicated.
- The abstract title should begin with a capital letter only (except for international abbreviations).
- Abstracts must briefly state the aim and methods, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical detail, and conclude with results.
- Abstracts should be written directly into the designated fields of the system, without additional subheadings.
- Abstract length must not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and author names.
- TAbstracts should include the following structured headings: Introduction–Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Abstracts will be accepted only as ORAL presentations; please select the most relevant category during submission.
- Abstracts must be submitted in text format; one table and one figure may be included.
- References should not be included in abstracts.
Abstracts not meeting these requirements will be rejected regardless of content.
Evaluation of Abstracts
All abstracts will be evaluated online by the Abstract Review Committee. Author names and institutions will remain blinded. Each abstract will be reviewed by two independent referees. Results will be communicated to authors via email.
Presentation Guidelines
- Accepted oral presentations may be prepared using any electronic presentation software.
- Presentation duration will be specified in the acceptance letters.
- The presenting author must complete congress registration to present.
- One author may present a maximum of two oral presentations.
- Abstracts not presented at the congress will not be published in the abstract book.
- Presentations must be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room at the congress venue on the morning of the presentation day.
